Our Trainers

The Training Team are skilled, qualified Master Practitioners and trainers with the Instit2te of NLP for public service. They have extensive experience of working with families and share a passion for helping them to develop their potential.


Glenda Grimsley - 40 years experience of teaching, training and managing projects for vulnerable adults and children in Social Services, Education, Regeneration and the Voluntary Sector.  Qualifications include Post Graduate Teaching, Assertiveness Training, Management, Transactional  Analysis, Guidance and Advice and is a Master Practitioner of NLP.  Glenda's main interest is in the application of NLP, and other approaches and tools, to address social issues, most recently developing 'Hard to Reach Families' training.


Margaret Bamforth - 25 years working with children and families in a variety of early years settings. Including Early Excellence Centre, SureStart and Children Centres. Margaret has a BA Hons in Education, Masters in Leadership and Management, Post Grad professional qualification in Integrated Leadership (MPQICL-PenGreen) EYPs status, QTLS and is a Master Practitioner and trainer of NLP. Currently delivering training for the Instit2te of NLP for Public Services and Curriculum Manager in a College.


Lisa Robinson - NLP Master Practitioner and trainer with a background in youth work. Is a pastoral manager in a pupil referral unit, as well as having a staff training and children' therapy business. Lisa has also delivered staff training courses for the Instit2te of NLP for public services, in behaviour management and children’s esteem.


Lyn Heaton - 20 years experience of managing and practising in Social Services including Child Protection and Sure Start Projects. She is qualified as a Master Practitioner of NLP, Life coach, EFT practitioner and Magical spelling tutor. Currently back in practice working with families with emotional problems including drug and alcohol issues as well as training for the Instit2te of NLP.
